My name is Tracy Brookes. I have been baking for as long as I can remember, and became a "mumpreneur" when I had my 3 children. I set up my celebration cakes business after completing a cake decorating course at college and completely falling in love with the art. Several years and many, many cakes later, I am still just as much in love with cake decorating as I was after my first cake. Pricing

Every cake I design and make is individual and unique to the brief which I am given. It is therefore very difficult to price my cakes generally, however as a very rough guide, novelty cakes normally start from around £45, classic shaped cakes start from around £25 for a small 6" cake.

Cupcakes are £1.25 each for standard flavours (vanilla, chocolate, lemon and carrot) and £1.50 for luxury flavours and seasonal specials.

Legal Stuff

I am fully insured as a cake business and, as a home baker, I am registered as a food business with Malvern Hills District Council, and as such I am subject to the usual health and safety rules and regulations.
