* Gluten free cakes are made using a "Juvela" white mix and gluten free baking powder (or you can provide me with whichever white mix you use), all other ingredients remain the same. Although the cakes themselves are gluten free, they are not baked in a gluten free kitchen and therefore the cakes will not be suitable for someone with a very severe allergy. Otherwise you can rest assured that I am scrupulously clean with all my equipment and will take the utmost care in ensuring no cross contamination occurs.
